Cancellation and Directions
We have a cancellation policy of 48 hours in advance for a regular jet ski appointment. Meaning you have up until 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time to cancel for a full refund. Example if you are booked Friday June 20th at 11:30 you can cancel if you call before Wednesday June 18th at 11:30 and we will issue a full refund. All cancellations must be done over the phone if we do not answer please leave a voicemail stating you would like to cancel or make modifications.
Changes or Modifications to appointments” you have up until 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time to make changes to your reservation. Example if you reserved for 6 people 3 jet skis and show up to your appointment with 4 people 3 jet skis there will be no refund of any kind. So if you need to make changes please call us 48 hours in advance.
If you scheduled one of our party platform options you have up until 72 hours to cancel for a full refund. You also have up until 72 hours to make any changes or alterations to your party platform reservation.
After scheduling with our company we will provide a confirmation text message for IOS users or a email for non IPhone users. Both will include directions to our location time and date of the appointment and rules and regulations.
